Text messaging terms
By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to the wording below, you agree to receive text messages from Rough Draft LLC, doing business as JobPulse, sent on behalf of the contractor company that schedules you, at the number provided, sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of working with the contractor. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. For additional assistance, contact support@jobpulsellc.com. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal information.
What the program is
Rough Draft LLC, doing business as JobPulse sends text messages on behalf of the contractor companies that use JobPulse to the subcontractor crew leads those companies schedule. Each text tells a crew lead that the contractor has put them on a job, with the date, the time, the address and a link to accept or decline. There is no advertising or marketing in these texts.
Messages come from JobPulse's toll-free number and begin with "JobPulse:" followed by the contractor's name, for example:
JobPulse: First Impression Drywall LLC scheduled you Tue Oct 28, 8am. 3401 W 187th St, Overland Park. Drywall hang. Accept or decline: https://go.jobpulsellc.com/c/…How you opt in
You receive these texts only after you have agreed to them. Agreement is given one of these ways, and the contractor's office records it in JobPulse with the wording you agreed to, the number you gave, the date, and who recorded it:
- By initialling the text-messaging clause in the contractor's subcontractor agreement. The clause has its own box; signing the agreement without it does not opt you in, and texts are never a condition of working with the contractor.
- By telling the contractor's office in person or by phone after they read you the wording below.
The wording you agree to:
[Contractor] will text this number through JobPulse when the office schedules the crew on a job: the date, time, address and a link to accept or decline. Message frequency varies with scheduling. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to end the texts, HELP for help. Opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone else.
After you opt in you receive one welcome text confirming the program, the frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and the STOP and HELP keywords.
How often
Message frequency varies with scheduling. A crew that is scheduled often may receive several texts a week; a crew that is not scheduled receives none. One text is sent per job assignment when the office sends it; an edit to a job does not send another text unless the office chooses to send one.
Cost
JobPulse does not charge for these texts. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any text. You will receive one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further texts. You can also ask the contractor's office to stop them. Stopping texts does not affect your work with the contractor; the office reaches you by email or phone instead.
To start again, reply START, or ask the office to enrol you again.
Help
Reply HELP to any text for the program name and a support contact, or email support@jobpulsellc.com.
Your number and your consent
Your mobile number, the record of your consent and any STOP or START reply are used only to send and stop these texts. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Our delivery provider receives the number and the message text to deliver each message, and nothing else. See the privacy policy.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that affects you, the contractor's office will tell you, and you can stop at any time by replying STOP.
